• Certain regulated activities may require additional approvals from the relevant government authority before they can be included.

For example, combining management consultancy and business consultancy is usually straightforward because they're closely related. However, combining a consultancy activity with something like medical services, food trading, or financial services may require separate approvals or, in some cases, a different licensing structure.
